These heavy duty mounting plates are perfect for any project requiring connection strength.
Can be mounted to V-Slot rail using 8 or 10mm M5 screws.
The C-Beam™ End Mounts are high quality aluminum plates with multiple taps and recessing to ensure easy assembly of the C-Beam™ Linear Actuator.
V-Slot Gantry Plates are available in two sizes:
Universal – designed to fit on all standard V-Slot sizes.
20mm – designed to be used when a smaller, lighter plate is desired on the 20mm side of V-Slot. This plate is great when full size wheels are preferred along with a smaller foot print needed.
To simplify belt clamping there are 'Fold-Through' Slots to allow you to easily fold the timing belt teeth back onto themselves and zip tie or clamp them in place. Two 5mm slots allow you to attach spacers for 90 degree belt mounts under or on top of the plate as well. This simplifies the overall building process and allows for quick assembly times of motion systems.
There are a lot of possible mounting configurations for this plate.
This is the Motor Mount Plate. The idea behind this plate is to give you a mountable yet movable plate for Nema 17 Stepper Motors or Nema 23 Stepper Motors. This works great as it allows you to easily mount your motor anywhere on the extrusion.
A gantry plate designed specifically to give a clean and compact look while able to ride inside of the C-Beam™ Linear Rail System using Mini-V Wheels.
Use in conjunction with either the Xtreme Mini-V Wheels or the Delrin Mini-V Wheels.
This is the V-Slot Spacer Block. It was specially designed to be used in conjunction with the V-Slot Gantry Plate.
It allows you to raise the V-Slot Gantry Plate up away from the rail 12mm so that you can run transmission components such as a belt drive or threaded rod underneath the V-Slot Gantry Plate.
The V-Slot Modular Actuator End Mounts are stamped and folded aluminum end mounts and when used with V-Slot Aluminum Extrusion create a belt driven linear actuators by mounting both a Nema 17 Stepper Motor and the Smooth Idler Pulley.
You can create V-Slot actuators as varying lengths using any of the four available sizes of V-Slot. See the example pictures.
One of the great features of these end mounts is the ability to mount to the ends as well as the bottom. This modular concept allows for the creation of many different machine designs. See example pictures to understand how these end mounts can be coupled with the Mini V Plate.
The mounting holes on the end mounts are 20mm apart allowing for easy connection to both the Mini V Plate and V-Slot extrusion. Use with the Double Tee Nut for a quick and simple installation.
Mount with 8 x Tee Nuts or 4 x Double Tee Nuts, 8 x 6mm M5 Low Profile Screws and 4 x M3 30mm Screws (not included)
The idea behind this plate is to give you a universal mounting plate for your projects that require a threaded rod to be driven by a Nema 17 Stepper Motor or Nema 23 Stepper Motor.
These limit switch plates mount to V-Slot or compatible extrusion. They give you multiple ways to mount and arrange your switches adjustable along the length of the linear guide. Adjustments are made with just one screw to allow for quick and precise switch engagement. They are super easy to use and there are many examples to use in the included model.
NOTE: The holes in the plastic of the switch will need to be tapped to M3 size so the included M3 Screws can be used to attach the switch to your project.

This is the awesome little plate for the Mini V linear guide system using the OpenBuilds Mini V Wheels. It’s super strong and has a small form factor.
This plate has the mounting pattern to allow for end to end mounting that makes up the Mini V system. This opens the door to endless machine creation!
