We understand from time to time things may not go right and therefore offer a returns and refund service. Please read our returns and refunds policy below to see what is covered. All orders are shipped with signature required couriers and we suggest checking all items are undamaged before signing.
FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is found faulty or defective, we can either exchange or refund your purchase, provided it is within thirty days of purchase. Contact must be made to email@example.com with details of the item and reason for return and whether you are seeking a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned in the original packaging.
If an item is found faulty, please return to us at your cost and we will exchange and provide a replacement free of shipping, or supply a refund if requested. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure we receive your items for exchange/refund. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after thirty days of purchase.
SIMPLY CHANGED YOUR MIND?
We offer a returns policy on items if you change your mind, provided goods are returned within fifteen days of purchase. All products must be unused and in the original packing to qualify for a refund and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee in this instance. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the item and reason for return, along with account details for refund. Return shipping will be at your cost and we recommend a tracking service to ensure we receive it. Please note this does not apply to any software purchases or cut down linear rail made on our site.
If you’ve ordered something that’s not quite right, we will happily exchange the item for you. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned in the original packaging and in an unused condition. If the item you are exchanging for is higher priced, you will need to pay the difference. Likewise, if the chosen product is less than the returned product, we will refund the difference accordingly. Please note we cannot offer exchanges on any software purchases or cut down linear rail made from our site.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued by the same payment method the purchase was made. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within three working days.
